2. Appointments and Cancellations

2.1 Booking Appointments:
Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person at the clinic. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
  • Missed appointments without notice will incur a 100% charge of the service fee.

2.3 Arriving Late:
If you arrive late for an appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid disrupting other clients. Full session fees will still apply.

3. Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments via cash and bank transfers.

3.2 Payment Policy:

  • Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Outstanding invoices must be settled within 7 days. Robertson Physiotherapy reserves the right to charge late payment fees.
